It hurts when you don't notice me,
It hurts when you don't listen to me,
It hurts when you don't care about me,
It hurts when you say you love me but I don't feel it.
It hurts when you don't ask me what's wrong,
It hurts when you're not there to save me,
It hurts when you act too busy for me,
It hurts when you don't hear me screaming.
It hurts when I think about what I can't have,
It hurts when I imagine bliss but have to wait for it,
It hurts when you don't know why I'm hurting,
It hurts when you don't know that I'm hurting.
There is so much pain inside of me,
I need to release it,
I need your help to learn to be happy,
For I
Life
Is not a fairy tale.
There is no Prince Charming on a proud stallion
To whisk you off to a faraway castle.
There is no beautiful angel in a white dress
To take you to your own slice of heaven.
There is no perfect love.
There is no happy ending.
And you can accept that.
You can surrender to the inevitable,
Spend your life curled up in the shadows,
Your only company the broken dreams
That lie at your feet.
Or you can take it as a challenge.
You can wipe your own tears from your eyes,
Pick yourself up off of the floor,
Because no one will do it for you.
You can go out into the world alone,
And you can create your own destiny.
You may not
I want to,
Forget about the good times,
Forget about the bad,
Forget about your face,
The memories we have,
But I cant.
Your face follows me,
Haunts my slumber in my dreams
Reflects in the pieces of my heart,
It's every where to me.
I hear your voice,
When no one is there,
The shadows seem to speak,
They call to me,
Forever calling,
Forever tormenting.
Regrets,
There is nothing that I want to keep,
I want you to take all your memories,
And the pain you left with me.

Midnight Dance
Your fingers slide in between mine,
Our hands perfectly entwined.
Your arm wraps tenderly around my waist,
As you whirl me around and we trace
imaginary patterns on the floor.
Everything about you I adore,
as my head lies gently on your shoulder,
And we dance a dance that is older
Than time itself.
Your scent engulfs my mind,
And brings with it memories so refined,
Filled with pure emotion,
To you I promise complete devotion.
My senses are drowned out,
So that there is no room for any doubt,
Past worries and fears I twirled
As I fell into another world.
Hope and love fill my heart
As we perfect this dying art.
My dreams fal
In these bright blue depths
Swimming with mystery
Memory upon memory
Rising to the surface
As I look into your eyes.
That night,
Deep in our history,
Each kiss bringing us closer
To the true definition of love.
Spiritual; our bodies and minds united
The morning light our only hindrance
The only shadow to our happiness.
But now as we stand face to face,
Our mutual presence
Sparking the same images to appear,
The same lines to be heard
In our pained minds
Old, forgotten words
Meaningless to others
But send us into a different world
A world devoid of happiness
A world filled with misery
Half of my heart aching in longing

She glides into the room,
Her crimson dress flowing.
Body engulfed in a sweet perfume,
Only half of her face showing.
The candles flicker,
Bowing down as she passes.
Heartbeats become quicker,
Every man's affection she amasses.
Her discomfort begins to tell,
For she is not all that she seems.
To herself she has said farewell,
Haunted by the world of dreams.
Behind the mask lies the pain,
The sharp feeling of regret.
Her composure she must maintain,
Try to forgive and forget.
Have you ever missed someone so much that you can't describe it? Have you ever experienced that? How about so much overwhelming happiness, so much, that you are so afraid what will come after it? This much happiness is far from enough. It's stuck in my heart but I don't want to get it out. For once in my life I want to be selfish and keep it all to myself.
I often wonder if I ever deserve someone like you for the way you denied me of your love. You would often brush me off, turn your back on me, like I am some leper with an incurable and disgusting disease. Yet here

If you come closer
Don't come closer,I'll fall in love.
Stay away,I kill.
This dagger in my hand shines so bright.
It awakes a special thrill.
But you came closer,I fell for you too fast.
You're so close to me it hurts
I trusted you too much,
But words...They are just words.
I want you to know my dreams,
Hold them between your ribs.
You own my every paper-cut,
my wishes and my sins.
I like to bury my head in your neck
And feel your arms around me
I like your fingers in my hair
In these cold Decembers, you're my heat.
I warned you-Stay away
But I wanted you close.
You pulled me to yourself
You're my thorns and I am your rose.
You're my naked t
